Wow.....

I'm sorta....speechless right now. I have never been in a place as beautiful, breath-taking as this hotel that I stayed in. A friend of mine had recommended this place, and told me that it was an awesome spot to take a vacation in, and they were right all along:D.

Since the hotel I was staying in is underwater, you've got these great views of the ocean, and you can even watch as fish, dolphins, etc swim by. The part of the hotel pictured here was actually my hotel room, for the time I was staying there, so I had lots of chances to enjoy the beautiful view.

I'll just say this about my time there: I'm very happy that my friend told me about this place

OK, so I had this awesome idea after seeing [link] by ~bonewhitehips. Like my other photomanip projects, I started out with an intial idea for this one, and as time went on, my vision of what I wanted the final product to look like evolved into what you see here.

The light rays are completely my idea/work (I wanted the light beams to be shining in through the glass windows, so I used the Magic Wand tool to accomplish this, as well as some layer positioning, layer duplication, blurring, etc). Lighting/color adjustments were saved for the very last part of this whole project.

Now for the credits:

The glass dome is from my own personal resources:)

I like this, Ben. Did you intend for the darker areas between the beams of light to look like a giant is standing outside the window?
