This is my tutorial for doing High Dynamic Range photography.




Everything you need to know is explained pretty clearly, and I included some examples of HDR photography that I have done.

I'm a little confused on how to do this in ps cs3. Do I change my file extension before bring in to ps? What do I do after I change the images to 8 bit. Probably dumb questions lol

If you're using Photoshop CS2, or CS3 then you can save your file as a .hdr. CS won't recognize .hdr files, so you need to convert the image to 8-bit in Photomatix first, then save it as JPG.
